Fall Classic Golf Tournament

ABOUT THE DOVER POLICE FALL CLASSIC GOLF TOURNAMENT 

Each year the Dover Police Charities holds its Annual Dover Police Charities Fall Classic Golf Tournament at The Links at Outlook in South Berwick, Maine.

Since its inception, the Fall Classic Golf Tournament has raised over $200,000 to support the activities of the Dover Police Charities. The Fall Classic has also provided well over $25,000 in support to the Dover Crimeline, which is an organization dedicated to making the community safe by paying rewards to individuals who provide information leading to the solving of a case or the recovery of stolen property.

The Fall Classic is a very popular event and the maximum field of 128 players has participated in the tournament each year. The Fall Classic tournament has a variety of features which makes the day challenging and enjoyable for the participants. For the entry fee, participants are provided with several gifts at registration, breakfast, 18 holes of golf on a top course, and a steak and lobster meal following the tournament.

2024 Tournament Details

This year’s Fall Classic Golf Tournament will be held on Tuesday, September, 10th. We ask players to arrive at 8 a.m. for registration and we will have a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Breakfast will be provided, as well as a surf and turf lunch. The four-person scramble teams will be playing 18 holes, carts provided. There will be raffles and other prizes given out during the tournament.
