Overview
The Dover Police Charities, Inc. is an independent, non-profit corporation created in 1992 to support the charitable activities of the Dover, NH Police Department.
The Dover Police Charities raises funds and receives donations from the community, and then uses those funds to support charitable activities on behalf of the Police Department in several broad areas of emphasis, including:
- Holiday Food Basket Program
- Support Substance Abuse Prevention Activities
- Provide Scholarships
- Promote Participation in Youth Athletics in the Community
- Promote other Safety and Crime Prevention Programming
