Dover Police Charities is proud to offer two scholarship opportunities to support high school seniors on their educational journeys.

Prevention Scholarship

Established in 1996, this scholarship recognizes active members of Dover Youth to Youth (Y2Y) for their leadership and dedication to preventing substance misuse locally and nationally. Eligible students must have participated in Y2Y for at least four years and remained active through their senior year.

Since 1996, over $35,000 has been awarded to Y2Y students through this scholarship program.

Law Enforcement Scholarship

Starting in 2025, our newest scholarship supports students pursuing a degree in law enforcement or a related field. This scholarship provides financial assistance to a student committed to making a difference in public safety, helping them achieve their educational goals and launch a meaningful career.
